YES people can quit with no help some words of encouaragement from family and friends help though. I was a very heavy user of cocaine for the past 7-8 years and over the past year I started to mix in some meth. I am 8 weeks clean yesterday!! I'm sure some people on this site think to themselves this chick will probably do it again. Honestly I have no desire to smoke anything or put anything up my nose again. (this crap has destroyed our family and I won't do it to my kids AGAIN!) Do you remember what he looked like high before? If he is using he probably looks the same or acts the same. If your gut tells you he is using he probably is! Not eating is a really good sign some say low sex drive I say high sex drive. My husband goes to work faithfully every day in the beginning he took meth to make more money at work. Now he well now he is really messed up on it but he still goes to work.I guess everyone is different Your not stupid follow your gut feeling its always right!

good luck
