 Each state along with the federal government has web pages where you can do an inmate search just knowing the person's last name. This will help you to check the prison system; but county jails usually do not have this information.

Do a search for Georgia Department of Corrections and you will find their web page. The federal government is bop.gov. This way you can check on your own if he is in the prison systems.

You must be going insane not knowing...I know how you feel, and you are not alone. Do you really want his addiction to do this to you? You need to heal yourself also.
