When someone is high, or has gotten high at some point that day, is it always clearly obvious? I didn't grow up around drugs, and I've never known any drug users. It frustrates me to be guessing and wondering all the time. I know it can happen, because he was using for a 3 year period (so he says) and I didn't even realize it. Has anyone else experienced this?
