Well they served the papers to my gd's father when my daughter was over at my house this weekend. She called him and when he told her the news she went running out of our house and waited outside until he came and got her. My parents were down from Joplin Mo. for my other daughters prom so they tried to talk to her but she didn't want to talk. I pray that she will be okay and not do anything stupid to herself. We go to court on May 11th. I have thought about writing her a letter explaining why we are doing this, but I don't know if it will help. I want her to know that as long as she is clean that we will allow her to be a part of her daughters life.

Numb, don't wait too long to do something. If your daughter wanted to she could come in and take the baby. Then the state could come in and take the baby from her and it would be hard for you to get her back. Your gd also deserves to have a stable home and with the threat of your daughter being able to come in at anytime and getting her it's not stable. Do you have proof of her doing drugs?
