He isn't - or maybe better, he isn't anymore, since he has stopped to make up his own mind. And it doesn't match his sneaky hostility mode either. And he didn't hold such a lasting grudge like nowadays. And most of all he has stopped to enjoy having fun. Sociopaths like to have fun.

I guess he got corrupted by patriotism - being sociopath is incompatible with patriotism. Though patriots too practice abnorm behavior towards society. *L*
