Here's an update. I just returned from Minneapolis, where I took the C-Leg certification course and also received my C-Leg. The C-Leg will absolutely eliminate your fear of falling. The 1C40 "C-walk" and the Luxon-Max are the 2 most active feet authorized for the C-Leg. (If you use an unauthorized foot, you void the 3-year warranty.) I tried both of these feet, and at first thought I didn't like the 1C40. However, I had to return home with it because the correct Luxon would have to be ordered. By the time I got home, I liked the 1C40 and probably will keep it. An important point is that Otto Bock will let you try any of the feet for 30 days, so be sure your CP will work with you on this.
