Subject: Ingrown Hair, OUCH! How do I get rid of them???

All,

I have been a LAKA since Sept 29,2001 & haven't experienced any issues concerning clogged or ingrown hairs on my leg until now. I must say that I have two ingrown hairs on my leg, and they are quite uncomfortable. Does anyone have ideas or methods for:

1. Clearing them up
2. Keeping ingrown hairs away

If it makes any difference, I wear a silicone liner with a distal locking pin. I wash my leg, the liner, and the socket everyday. I am faily active, and exsert a lot of force on the leg as I am 6'10" @ 265. I don't know if that information is helpful, but just wanted to cover all the bases.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
