Had the OB C-Leg certification course last April, and two of the four patients in my session were HD's. One was a middle-aged experienced user, and one was a young adult with his first fitting. Both were impressed with the security of the C-Leg. The rest of us were impressed to see them perform on stairs and ramps. There is basically no way to speed up an HD prosthesis, but the increased stability and reduced swing effort of the C-Leg should be definite advantages.
