Now it's all finalised!! Here is the line up that our club should be displaying at the VolksWorld Show 2005:

Kenny's 67 Bug:

Rob and Maria's 69 Bug:

Ady's Baja:

Allen's Baywindow:

Ian and Rosie's Splitty:

I sent the email to the show organiser last weekend to confirm the vehicles we are entering and want to back this up with the relivant paperwork but need a few more bits of info first from Kenny and Ady.

Kenny - I need your cars Reg. No. ASAP

Ady - I need your Postal Address ASAP

Everyone else is sorted hopefully.

Right, what I believe happens next is we wait to see if we get a pitch to display the club. Once confirmed, all of you guys displaying your vehicle will get 2 weekend passes per vehicle (so shouldn't need to buy any).

BUT I'm not sure if you need to still buy camping passes or if they are included? These are advance bookable only at �15 a pitch!!!! (not per person)
(Timo do you know this one??)

And between the club (not just the displayers) we need to organise the stand as far as flyers (Burns??), gazebo (Yogi?? Ady?? or Rob??), club banner (Timo??), table, display boards (Bel???) and info for boards and vehicles on display.

Lets sort it please.
