I can't even get one for my 4-year-old Newbeetle! You'll need to get small pots made up at a paint suppliers such as Brown Brothers. They will be able to do it from the code, but the best thing to do is to take a sample along, e.g. your petrol flap, which they will analyse and match exactly - this will take account of any fading over the years etc!
