Subject: Need help locating H&S 3/1 May-July 1970 RVN

Looking for anyone who may know Pvt. William Todd who was with H&S 3/1. Bill was stationed on Hill 190 outside of DaNang. Bill has fallen on some hard times and I am trying to help him with his disability claim with the Veterans Administration. I am a National Service Officer working for the Military Order of the Purple Heart. Bill mentions of some pretty gruesome sights during May to July of 1970.
