If you feel that you truly are clinically depressed, go to Mental Health, or the Chaplain to start the ball rolling. It will be a lengthly process, because the military does not like to kick people out when they have known, documented, service related problems.

If you are just trying to get out...you signed a contract. Live with your decision, suck it up and try to spend the remaining time in the military getting ready for life out of the military.
