Author: winiwiski [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 06:38:43 12/16/00 Sat today is Dec the 16th, i was out visiting my friend, Mike, he is a german and he is so nice to me.... i have had a great time with him and his girlfriend, Shirley ( hope that i spell it in a right way...hahaha). They welcomed me with a nice and yummy meal, especially german food which i've never tried before. It's very tasteful!!! hahaha are you jealous of me?? after the meeting, i've thought a lot... i m such a talkative girl, both in class and in my daily life...i can be sure that i m the one who can't live long if there comes silence, but today, i was just like a mute, i didn't say much!!! i saved words in the chatting!!! oh my god...is that really me?? i found that i m too timid to speak the languages other than my mother tongue - cantonese, i m too afraid to making mistakes in front of others, especially no one knows what i m going to say!!! i would think in a bad way that it's all my fault( absolutely, right?) that i can't express to others and then my residual confidence ran away..... i m so sorry that i can't speak english well, but of course i wanna to be like a native... i wish i could be one day speaking it as fluently as they are...
