The figures from the Ceensus Bureau say differently. Although I am not sure what states envy VT it is the great thing about America, we can disagree. Statistics can be bent to be pro or con on anything so other than saying that the census shows more uninsured Vters in 1999 than in 1992 we'll agree to disagree.
