I get my figures from multiple sources, friends within the gov't, independent researchers, research affiliated with polical parties etc. I am sorry if they don't work for you but I can't do anything about that. I just like programs that truly work and do so in the most efficient manner as to benefit the most people possible. I won't put my head in the sand and ignore it if a program is not efficient or plain and simply doesn't work regardless of who's policy it is.
