Yeah, but George H.W. Bush also blew a huge lead when he ran for re-election. His conservative ideals on the economy didn't help and that is why he lost his job, was because of the economy. it wasn't his foreign policy, which my family supported, it was the other things like the economy, environment and education.

Notice how his son is almost the exact same way. His job aprooval ratings have dropped, significantly. Bush needs to stop talking about Iraq and start talking about jobs and the economy, or he will lose his re-election bid. In my opinion, he still has time to repair the damage his administration is done. Make no mistake, I respect the President immensly. I just believe how he campaigned as a centrist-moderate, but now presides as an ultra conservative.
