Riding a bike or walking is a good idea. Drilling for oil is not now nor has it ever been solely a conservative republican agenda so stop labelling it as such. As far as the "endangered animals go, the proof is there that what animals are there will not be adversly affected.
The problem with the radical environmentalists (I'm not saying you are one) is that they use the "endangered" animals and the "environment" as tools to stop everything and anything they oppose even when it is proven that they are incorrect in their assertions.
