I'm undecided between Jan and Cheryl but I don't think that Cheryl should be judged poorly by what someone else did to do to her car.

That's a poor reflection on the people who did the smashing, not on Cheryl.

Just like Ed Flannagan's (sp?) attacks on Jan in the 2000 campaign for Senate were a poor reflection on Ed ... not Jan (mostly).
