Congressional DELEGATION means ONLY the House members or the lower House of Represenatives. I guess it depends on the states and what the correct terminology would be.
Sanders would NOT be elected in the states I have named if he would take an anti-gun position. Perhaps in small liberal pockets in Alabama, but NOT in most districts in Alabama.
