The proper jargon and talk when you refer to the term "Congressional Delegation". In certain columns of political speak such as the Hugh Hewitt Show of talkradio (Salem Broadcasting Inc.); Mr. Hewitt will say for example: "The Democrats control all political offices in California. They control the Governorship; They control both state houses. (state senate and lower state house)They control the Congressional Delegation. (House of Represenatives) They control both United States Senate Seats." There is an inherant speration when it comes to this political jargon of terms.
Even the Los Angeles Daily News will separate this factor at times when it comes to political coverage of facts. The point is, it all depends in which contex you are talking about. Of course the United States Senate is part of Congress.
I am just curious Henry, can you name me at least seventy former United States Senators that served the United States Senate since the 1950's? I just want to test your memory, friend.

Leland
