Subject: Registering Bicycles

Morristown Representative Warren Miller has introduced legislation that would require adults to register bicycles that are ridden on the road with the DMV. $15/per registration.
What sort of weed do you think that this guy smokes up in Elmore?
Perhaps we should call him One-Term-Warren.
