Subject: Additional "Tool" To Be Used Against Gangbangers?



If one is old enough to kill as an adult even though he/she is a youth/adolescent then one should face a system of a fast track death penalty with two appeals. If they are proven without a shadow of the doubt to be involved in cold blooded murder, then they should be handed the death penalty with full enforcement intended without hesitation.
They commit an adult crime, they should be forced to stand trial as adults and given an adult punishment.......the ultimate penalty; death affixed.
