Just one point about Howard and our liberal government. health care costs more in VT than in NH, the amount the state spends on health care is higher in VT than in NH and the number of uninsured VTers under 18 is HIGHER in Vt than in NH. There isn't anything wriong with trying to help the poor or working class but there is something wrong with pretending that programs (that are well intended) are successful when infact they are not.
