Granting access to medical marijuana is going to be a major issue this session. Alternatives to prison for young drug offenders should be top priority but I imagine the zealots will conspire to waste time with civil unions and abortion instead. Douglas will be okay but we are lucky to have Welch as buffer. Thanks for bringing us back to Vermont politics.
