Actually we had an earthquake in Vermont only a couple of months ago. There is not record to my knowledge of how many Vemonters ran to get their guns as their first act. I suspect most Vermonters, since we are folks of great common sense, first took a second to figure out what to hell was happening. By the way, if my house is tumbling down on my head what good is a gun going to do me? Furthermore, I trust that my neighbors will not be trying to steal me blind, kidnap my babies, rape my mother-in-law or vandalize my house just because an earthquake has happened. Leland you must have a library of very strange books and periodicals.

Oh, did I tell you that I have a number of sharpshooter badges and pins from my years as a member of the NRA. While I enjoy showing them to all of my liberal friends, I do not feel any extra protection because I earned them.
