I saw that film with my teenaged son. When you realize that over a third of our prison population is in there for heroin-related problems and most of those are under 22 years old, it's too sad. There must be somebody to blame. But blaming won't help solve this dilemma and until we start pushing for early education and prevention programs that work and providing treatment on demand, we are going to see this youth heroin problem spiral even further out of control. We as Vermonters can do better than this. Thanks for posting this important item here.
