Subject: Information on Sen. Robert Byrd (D)-West Virginia

Once again how liberals remain silent when it comes to past history and the history of Sen. Robert Byrd (D) West Virginia and his recruiter status of the West Virginia Ku Klux Klan. This in his earlier days in West Virginia. When Sen. Trent Lott made a statement that Sen. Strom Thurmond should have been elected president in 1948 as the candiate of the States Rights Party, the liberals have gone on a selective crusade of constant bellowing about Lott's statement. If Lott should change political parties and join the Democrats, I have to wonder if there would be any shrillness from these same constant bellyachers and bitchers of the liberal left?
