Fred, what don't you get? The fact is that Lott's Republican friends have thrown him overboard! Don't blame Lott's treatment on the liberal press or the Democrats. Lott shot himself in the head and his Republican friends are obviously delighted he did and are simply offering him a quick funeral and burial. What is so hard to undrstnad about that. Republicans throw their own overboard regularly.
