Thank you for explaining what happened many years concerning Laura Welch and the accident that occured. A dear friend of her's died in the accident. I wonder if Peter received his info from the Weekly World News or some market tabloid.
Sometimes these same tabloids bring out sensational headlines like "BABY BORN WITH WOODEN STUMP FOR LEG" or "JFK SEEN IN WHEEL CHAIR AT ARLINGTON CEMETARY; VISITING HIS GRAVE SITE".
So much trash headlines so enough gullables will buy papers of this nature. I suspect Peter has been in a supermarket checkout line too long for his own good.
