Subject: The 15th District In Michigan



Further updated information and the anti-gun zealots who tried to defeat Congressman John Dingell (D)-Michigan last summer in the Democratic primary. John Dingell represented the 16th district in Michigan. This was made up of United Auto Workers, union blue collar workers who for the most part also owned guns, rifles and shotguns for hunting and shooting recreation. The 15th District was that of Ann Arbor which is the hometown of Michigan University. This area is made up of students, professors, some middle class and an area dominated by Michigan University. Many of these constiuents are anti-gun, hostile to Second Amendment rights.
In this case both districts were combined into a single new 15th Congressional District. Michigan is losing population. Hillary Clinton; Nancy Pelosi and others of the far out leftwing supported Congressman Lynn Rivers who was forced to run against John Dingell for the single new Congressional district. Rivers lost in a landslide against the pro-gun John Dingell.
The anti-gun zealots lost this battle in a decisive fashion.
