When I get on lettergrade at school it works perfectly, however, I cannot log into lettergrade from my house. Why? I could before, now for some reason I can't.

I've been trying to get into lettergrade for about two weeks. No error message. It keeps timing out. I got in over Memorial Day weekend. I'm using Nmax.

Every time I log into Letter Grade elsewhere other than at school or at home, it says my username is incorrect. I'm very sure that I have been adding "s" at the end of my id number; and I have been putting in the correct id number also, including correct pssword. If anybody can help me out, please do. Thanks.

When assignments are entered and grades inputted, they are not showing up in the points gradebook OR the assignment list for one subject only (Health). The assignment list and the points gradebook are completely empty for this subject. The grades are recorded in the weighted gradebook, but they are inaccurate and incomplete. All the other subjects work fine -- there is only a problem with Health.

Is it possible for teachers to print a list of homeroom students who have perfect attendance at the end of the marking period?

Is there a way to rearrange the "Assignment" list on LetterGrade? For example, in Reading, most of what the students do is classwork, yet "classwork" is the last category on the list. And in Spelling, I only need Homework and Tests, nothing else.

We are trying to do the interim reports, but the list of comments do not come up when we click on the comment number? What are we doing wrong?

I am getting ready to print out progress reports for the middle of the marking period. Is there a easy way to print out the progress reports for the entire class at one time or do I have to go into each child and print it out individually?

Is there a way to quickly give everyone in the class the same score? For my homework, usually everyone receives a "5." Sometimes it would be nice if you could assign everyone the same score, and then go back and change the few that are different.

7th and 8th grade band students receive a grade every 12 weeks instead of every six weeks. Will this pose a problem with this new grading program?

Also, many times in music class I give a test with bonus questions. This sometimes allows students to receive a grade higher that 100%. If a student ends the marking period with a grade higher than 100%, will the program list the actual percentage or a 100% grade?

Did my seating chart, printed it , went back to it later, it was all jumbled. Also, cannot see any command bars to move on to something else.

I logged on as the attendance officer and changed the school start time, end time, and day to what it should be. I clicked change but the next day it was set to the wrong times and the day was blank. What am I doing wrong?

Also...when there are several attendance officers in one building which officer is LetterGrade watching?

In my points gradebook, even if the numerical grade is 70%, the alpha grade is always A+. All students have an alpha grade of A+, regardless of the percentage. How do I change this so that the numerical grades and the alpha grades agree?

I am trying to print out new seating charts because of schedule changes. Originally the names of the students were printed on 2 lines, first name with the last name under it. Today the full name is on one line, causing the names to overlap onto one another. Can this be changed back to the way it was at the beginning of the school year?

I have 2 related questions:
1. If I have a student in one class and have been entering grades for that student with that section, will that student's grades move along with him/her if the section (schedule) is changed? I do not want to keep a separate paper copy, but do I need to?

2. How long should it take for schedule changes to appear in our seating charts, grading, etc. A day, a week? I realize that it is new to all of us, but shouldn't those changes be almost instantaneous when the schedule change occurs and is entered?

I have not been able to print anything from LetterGrade at school. In fact, as long as I am connectected to the network I cannot print anything from any other program (Word, Notepad, etc.) When I disconnect from the network I can then print from those other programs.
