Jen,

The start time and end time should not have changed if you clicked the "submit" button (or other button which stated something like that). The day and period are always to remain at 1 for now. The day will always be one and the period refers to the marking period we are in.

As for attendance officer, you should assign one "main" person to be the one to have the go-ahead to submit AM homeroom attendance. At the high school, when Linda Murphy has study halls first period, I contact her to be sure everything is OK and then close down HR attendance anywhere from 8:45 to 9:00 AM. Otherwise, she does this on the opposing mornings where she doesn't have any other duties.
