Open your grade book, select a class, scroll to the right and look for a printer icon which says "PDF Progress". If you click "PDF Progress" Acrobat Reader (if installed, and it's free from Adobe) will automatically load and open (in PDF) all the progress reports for that class. At that point, you can use the "file, print" option and send all of the reports to any printer available to you. If you don't have any printers installed on your pc, you can save the Acrobat file to disk or e-mail it to your building's office for printing there.
