Ted, I don't think that is all that uncommon for people to become faint in a hospital due to the smells. When I wrote this and was posting it on another board, one of the readers commented how much hospitals bothered him. Shortly thereafter his mothr was gravely ill and he was forced to spend considerable time at the hospital. I have thought of him numerous times because I knew what a problem it was for him, and his mother was in intensive care. I truly felt for him, because it had to be doubly hard for him.
