Half time - Wyrley (1) Cottage Farm (0)

A pretty well contested game at Great Wyrley today, Wyrley were unlucky on several occasions in the opening half. Although Cottage Farm were not without there share of chances! CF were unlucky to go in one - nil down at half time with the Cottage Farm keeper saving superbly once, then for the 2nd shot to cross over the line giving the Lead to GWLFC. Second half, CF came out fighting and had the chance to level early on but GW keeper saved superbly to her top right hand corner. Only for Great Wyrley to go straight down the other end and 2-0, with another 2 quick goals after the second this pretty much killed of the game and any hopes that CF had of a point. Cottage Farm played well throughout, we know we have more to give though girls, so come on we can do it. Next game, home to Harriers. Lets make ammends, Come On!!
