YATES LADIES OFF TO A FLYER!

Yates Ladies 5
Yates Ladies played their first match of a new season with a fine victory away to Cannock Town. First half started brightly with chances for oth teams, Leanne Harvey, Claire Hope and Jodie Gutteridge with chances to open the scoring but making none count.
Half Time Score 0 v 0.
Cannock Town came out the stronger scoring two quick goals in five minutes but Yates refused to bow under pressure, with Claire Hope pulling one back in the 60th minute. then Suzanna Walsh leveling the sore two minutes later. this inspired Yates to push for a win. Claire Hope got her second on the 75th minute, one minute later Lucinda Connor added to the score. Finally Suzanna Walsh sealed the victory with only two minutes to go. Well played Yates Ladies, a good all round performance from everybody.
