he turns his head slowly watching this wolf he'd never met before.His glittering eye follows the light tinted wolf's every movement.Shifts weight and stiffens his gaze hard and cold.Tail slowly begins to rise as does his head.Lobes forward he stares intently.A behaviour he had adapted to while traveling alone.He met every new wolf with cold indifference and aggressiveness.Long ivories show briefly as dark lips are raised and lowered in the same instant.A low growl rumbles deeply in his throat but it too soon dies.He studies the worn wolf watching for any subtleties of aggressiveness.
