the small aniaml froze hearing and sensing danger all around it. yet that fraction of a second where it didn't run, was it's mistake. by the time it decided to run, the wolf's jaws were around his sides, crushing him easily. he squirmed and lashed out with his hind legs, but the force, the power, the strenght was too much. one more kick was given before it fell limp, a prey to it's own mistake.
