Paws flash under silver pelt and muscule as she raced to avoid the attacking mother. Sees the calf trying to gain footing and snarls. They could not lose both of them...not after the trouble they'd gone through. Coat now coverd in slushy brown she darted towards the calf. Rounding the two males. Snarling and growling she lunged, hoping to grab hold of the calf's neck once more...but was her timing still good*
