Here is where the Immortals hold their council. There is only one time when council is called, and that is when a new Immortal appears. Then the Immortals and the new one will go here and the new one's fate will be decided. It will either be allowed to live on as an Immortal, or it will be killed. The only reason you may choose to have a new Immortal killed is if you feel that they will somehow be more dangerous than a normal Immortal would be. This decision will be made by a vote, in which the majority rules.
