I've the honor to solicit of your high kindness mister,the responsible of this service,in the goal to obtain from your part a bursary of study.Indeed,I want necessary to follow an Electrotechnic training.On the other hands,I really want to realise my dream of all the days.But,unfortunately,in my country Côte D'Ivoire or Ivory Coast(living already some troubles)there isn't a continuing training in Electrotechnology.
So,please Sir,help me of all your heart to find this request and I will be so grateful to you for that.
