So the thing is that there is a list of 4 e-mail addresses, each of these people have already taken part in this. It's really important to follow all of the steps,though, because no one wants to be screwed out of their fair share. The reason why this works so well is because of people's honesty. It's basically a business of developing a mailing list. However, the money made from the mailing lists is secondary to the income that is made from people like you and me asking to be included in that list.So read this carefully and sit back as your measly $8 grows.
STEP 1:
Most important thing you need to do is SAVE this page in 'text' format in word/notepad on your computer, Ok if you're not already a PayPal user, you need to go the PayPal website www.paypal.com and SIGN UP. Then you will need to sign up for a PREMIER or BUSINESS account.In order to place the initial $8 into your account, you will have to verify your bank account with PayPal (which may take a few days). PayPal is 100% secure and is used by millions of people worldwide.
STEP 2:
So the first thing to do when you have your PayPal account is to send a $2 payment to each of the 4 people on the current list from your PayPal account or To do this successfully, follow these simple steps:
1. Login to PayPal and click on the 'Send Money' tab
2. In the "Recipient's Email" field enter the email address
3. In the "Amount" field enter "2" (this is your $2 payment - Make sure the Currency is in U.S. Dollars)
4. In the 'category of purchase' field select 'Service'
5. Make the "Subject" field of the payment "EMAIL LIST", and in the 'Note' field enter "PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR EMAIL LIST". What you are doing is creating a service. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL!!! You are requesting a legitimate service and you are paying for it!
6. Click on the "Continue" button to complete the payment.Repeat these steps for each of the 4 email addresses.

STEP 3:
Now take the #1 email off the list that you see above, move the other addresses up (4 becomes 3,3 become 2 etc,) and add YOUR email address to position #4 (the one used on the PayPal account as number 4 on the list). This is the only part of the document that should be changed.JUST MAKE SURE THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU SUPPLY IS EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ON PAYPAL.
STEP 4:
Now, post your new artical to at least 100 message boards,newsgroups chat lines,bulletin boards,dicussion boards etc. I think there are close to 40,000 groups. All you need is 100, but remember, the more you post, the more money you make - as well as everyone else on the list! Use Internet Explorer or Netscape.For example: you log on to any search engine like yahoo.com,MSN, google.com You will find thousandsof message boards. Click them one by one then you will find the option to post a new message. Fill in the subject, click the post message button. You're done with your first one!When you post 100 messages all over the Internet, it is estimated that at least 10 people will respond, and send you $2.00 ($30.00).
Those 10 people will post 100 Posts each and 200 people send you $2.00 ($400.00)
Those 200 people post 100 Posts each and 4,000 people send you $2.00 ($8,000.00)
Those 4,000 post 100 Posts each and 800,000 people send you $2.00 ($1,600,000.00)
At this point your name drops off the list,you potentially could have received $1,600,000.00!!
