Subject: Mule chain admin assigned, all read

I'd like to thank both Draven Lune and Hyabusa for offering to take this over it a timely manner. Due to play hours and amount of time in game i have decided to place Hyabusa as the mule chain admin. Not that i dont think you cant do it Draven its just Hyabusa plays more and plays more local hours....plus he has the most invested in the chain.

From now on i dont want to recieve "any" tells about the chain for ANY reason. If you have a problem or concern track down Hyabusa. Hya is the only person i will talk to about that chain. I have informed him on my stipulations to allowing the chain to be built. He has alot of experience with chains and will do a good job for you guys.
