That is what she looks like, more so on normal days...only she's black. With ice blue eyes, that and she has a silver streak down her back. She is also almost always wearing pendants and arm bracelets with moon charms. Most of them are silver, but some are made of blue cloth, and occasionally she'll be seen wearing gold. And she is heavily pierced on her ears with silver hooped earrings. (Example of her and some of the jewelry. 
) She is also tattooed. As you can tell, she's very tribal (pack) and is loyal...
That's her form as the Moon Goddess. And she is known as Night Raven or Raven in the God Realm.
