Please feel to leave your account of the transaction between yourself and ELISEMYA here.

I brought a dress from her on the 28-Jul-02 11:11:50 BST. A cheque was sent the following day and my bank confirmed that it was cashed on the 3 August. I have sent 3 emails to her asking for a reason as to why she has taken my money and not sent the goods.

I also requested her details from ebay, as a last resort to call her. I have since been told that by another buyer that she just slams the phone down.

I have reported it to ebay, who are about as helpful as a sack of coal. They won't even investigate and just sent me the usual bog standard email.

I have lost £21 pounds which I can claim something like £15 worth of that back, but it's the principle of the matter.

I will investigate the possibility of a class action against her, but don't know if that is possible through county court. If all else fails I would at least like her to get summons and notices from you all, even if it's only for the inconvenice of having to counterclaim and go through the whole legal process.

Let me know your views.
