I generally agree with you oh wise one, the refereeing standard in our competition is not all that bad, and hey, someone's gotta do it, right? Also the shit that they cop is pretty heavy so all props to them for putting up with it. However, there are a few little issues and individuals that get my goat.
Like when referees get pressured into giving decisions, that should not be given, by intimidating teams and their crowd of feral supporters who don't attend matches to support their teams... only to incite violence, use bad language, insult the opposition and carry on like animals.

Like when touch judges rule on incidents that they obviously didn't see, just so they don't appear incompetant, when they could just admit to not seeing it and the benifit of the doubt would be applied consistently.

Like the worst of them all - Darren Van de Moose Dyk(Dick) being allowed to not only 'play' ref/touchy in games involving his own brother but also ANY games involving Wests whatsoever. His bias to the club that he played for is disgusting and allowing him to participate in these games is unprofessional.

In my view a few individual officals ruin the generally good standard in the competition ... weed them out and we'll be right.
