 I've played both. TC is rougher but slower while 2nd grade is cleaner, quicker with more skills. I would say the best TC team would give most second grade teams a shake while your average TC team would struggle against any Second Grade side. It would also depend when they played most TC teams don't train much pre season while any Grade side will have at least half a team training since Jan.
