The off-loading of the very promising Adrian Chan, was not in fact to the Broncos, but to the soon to be announced Malaysian rugby league. It was an extremely political situation, the books were desperate to keep Adrian, but the Howard government were keen to placate the possible Muslim uprising in the country, so what better that giving them back a nation hero.
It would appear that the Super League dream is alive!! The poor bloke will not be able to walk down a street in KL without getting his clithes ripped off! Anyone out ther want a job comentating in Mandarin??
