That's exactly my point about rumours that circulate in this league. Port was one of the clubs who spoke with Shaun. He was very open about the fact that if there was a chance for the Bulls to continue that he would be with them. Port didn't knock him back, they respected his open approach to talks and didn't push the point about bailing out of the Bulls and coming to The Blacks. In the end, Port did not knock him back, it was Shaun's decision to stay with The Bulls both as a player and more importantly, as a committee member.
