These people mentioned still can't hold a candle (probably because they'd eat it) to a Berkeley identity. This character could not only win the pie eating contest, but eat the other contestants for dessert. Ceasers management decided to shut down at Tarrawanna and reopen as Chickos at a cost of $1 000 000, just to be closer to this individual's residence. They were keen to move into Berkeley proper, but the crime rate would nullify the huge profits they would make from this one man.
